        I can't begin to explain how inept these people are. We are not here on Friday. Guess when they always schedule to come out? Friday! I have to call them every time, they promise they won't schedule Friday's again and they keep doing it. I"m done with them. Finding a different service.

        By FAR the absolute worst shredding service I have ever dealt with. They will ignore your phone calls, emails, and hang up on you should you get through to someone. For the price of their services, youd think they would have good customer service. Absolutely not. -5 stars

        Their consistency in doing the weekly pick up has completely been lost. We pay for weekly pick up on Wednesday's and have been missed on 6/16/21 and again today 6/30/21. We have attempted to contact customer service via their "shreditcare" email as directed and have not received ANY response regarding the missed 6/16/21 pick up. I have just advised them of today's missed pick up.

        We had a gentleman come by our office and he was very professional and helpful. He took his time to ensure we had all of our items together and was almost in and out. They will be my go-to service moving forward.
