I just want to take a moment to brag about this! Jason made my first solo experience of listing a house so incredibly painless and pleasant during such uncertain and crazy times. I trusted his process and am so thankful to him for helping put all the complex pieces of the moving “puzzle” together! My wife and I met with a number of realtors and this included Jason Portillo. We were impressed by his responsiveness, his knowledge of the market conditions, and the unique team based system of client support. Upon listing, Jason did much of the heavy lifting by helping us through the paperwork and setting up appointments. The photographs were stunning and we were able to see them before the listing went live. Once we received offers, Jason worked with us to talk us through each offer so that we could make an informed decision. To best exemplify the quality of the service we received, I share this short story - my wife and I left for dinner during an evening showing. We left our keys at home and the buyers agent locked the doors from our home to our garage and we were locked out. I called Jason at 9.00 at night and even though he was at dinner with his family, he arranged for someone to come and let us in. We would definitely recommend Jason’s Estates to our friends and family.
