Not a good experience renting here at all. Beware, different personnel in the office will tell you different things. My office has patches of paint missing in multiple places when I moved in, said theyd fix, never did and still charged me a restoration fee of $500 though there was literally nothing different from when they rented it 6 months prior. They do not respond timely or with anything meaningful. Ive rented retail space over 3000sq ft for years in past and have never had a management team like this. I will not recommend to any other business owners.EDIT added after their reply: a case is useless, I attempted that long before writing the review. They did not even try to listen to the issues or resolve anything.

I have been a tenant at Regus for the past 3 months and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Whether it's ensuring that the office is well-maintained or promptly addressing any concerns, the office manager has always been proactive and reliable.The staff at Regus are also deserving of praise. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with any queries. The overall atmosphere at Regus is one of positivity and productivity, thanks to the efforts of the staff and management.I would highly recommend Regus to anyone in need of a professional workspace. The quality of the workspace, coupled with the exceptional service provided by the office manager and staff, makes Regus stand out as a premier choice for office space solutions.
