        My company has been a customer of Crown for years, as our forklift originally came from them. The customer service has declined significantly over the years. Reps treat you like theyre doing you a favor when you request services or items. You get bounced around from person to person and most of the time they seem like they dont want to deal with the issues; its a crapshoot to find someone that will actually resolve the issue whether it be billing, or a service issue. Weve had techs come out to do maintenance and theyll list issues generically but dont bother to fix them nor follow up to get you quotes or more information on a fix. I recently purchased a new item and no joke I dealt with around 10 people to try and get it squared away and its still not resolved. My companys future equipment will not be through Crown, thats for sure!
