This is by far the worst sonic-drive in I have been to. Not only does this location look like it needs to be condemned, all of their machines are either broke or malfunctioning and the staff either laughs or gawks at anyone who points this out. If I were management or owners I would be very embarrassed at the state of my restaurant. P.S. notice the wire hanging out in the picture.

The Gwinnett Mall location is as rundown and sketchy as the mall itself. Service is generally really slow but I love the tots and cherry limeade

I'm sitting in the drive thru after calling to ask why no one has come over the speaker to take our order and I was politely placed on hold and hung up on. Someone needs to fire these people and replace with those with better service.

Updating to say, has only gotten worse. Cut you off halfway through your order but when you let them know they tell you to get back in line to finish your order. Guess I’ll try again in a year or never.
Used to love coming here for lunch. It now takes 10 minutes or longer to even get your order taken, even if there is no one else around. Staff is usually rude. Orders messed up.

I'm going to have to give this one a bad review. At approximately 5:06pm today I came to this Sonic to get a small fry and a bit small cherry slush. First they got my order wrong and bought out something entirely different than what I asked for. When I told the woman what I actually ordered she goes back inside and brings me the correct order.
They issue is the fries were old and basically about room temperature. I asked the lady if they could make a fresh batch of fries instead. She takes the old fries, goes back inside and comes back out less than 2 minutes later with fries that taste exactly like the ones I asked her to take back. The difference is they were just barely warmer than the first bag. It was like someone took the same fries they just gave me and put them in the microwave for about 10 seconds and then bought them back out. Clearly this is not the definition of what I meant when I asked for a "fresh batch".
At that point I decided to just leave since I already paid rather than continuing to deal with a franchise that clearly doesn't understand quality services. I don't suggest that you waste your money or time at this location if this is the level of service they are providing to customers!
