EDIT 1 1/2 YEARS LATER this is the only place i can get my supplies from so i'm stuck with the rude dismissive lazy people who don't care bout their jobs also check your bills they will sneak stuff in on you or bill early for no reason... run far far away from these people 7 weeks and 35 phones calls 6 hours total of on hold time and these people just don't care at all

Terrible company. They constantly lie about supplies being shipped. Find another company if you can.

Would give negative stars if I could. They gave me a 3 month supply the first time and then tried to tell me they could only send one month for twice the cost. My insurance told me that they can send three months. So they lied about everything and just tried to gouge me on prices. When I called with my insurance company on a conference call. The Customer service manager refused to talk to her and get the right information and hung up on the two of us. Update. 3/2024....There are monkeys smarter than this group. They purposely change your prescription from what it says to make you pay more on a monthly service than the 3 month service. They make you sit on hold for 2-3 hours as they "try" to fix the system. This happens every 3 months. as I get my prescription filled. Sadly I am tied to them or Byram (who is just as bad) for my supplies due to my insurance.

A employee at this company used my credit card information to go on a shopping spree. Do not provide your card information over the phone

This company is not reliable. They don't send out orders in time and they are forever changing their numbers. They can never find the information on my orders. So don't order from them. Also they only send out 3 kits at a time. And once they are gone you go several days without monitor supplies. If they had the option for 0 stars that's what I would have chosen.Not happy with this company at all
