        Great customer service! In my experience with other finance companies this one answers my email, return calls. I can schedule appointments or just walk-in The best part they will refer us with their dealers for a trade.

        I lost my job due to COVID-19 and they told me if I sent them a letter that they would defer a payment on my car. Well they lied about it and end up taking my car in the result of it. Don’t use this company at all. Blast on all social media sites if possible. They lie. They repoed my car 8 days ago and finally gave me an estimated number today. This is terrible. How do you repo someone car during COVID. Insensitive and wrong.
