Batteries Plus

I've been to this location a couple times and never had a problem until today when I came to get my watch's battery changed. When I gave my watch to the worker for its' battery change, I got it back with a lot scratches on it that weren't there before. When I noticed this I came back into the store to tell the worker that they damaged my watch, but they said that they don't have the tools to fix so  it has to be sent to a different store for it to get fixed. It's just inconvenient for the customer because I have to leave  my watch and not have it for a month for a tool that the store does not have. I just think that the store should have proper tools to carefully replace things like batteries.

They offer phone repairs here, but take it from me...You do not need them touching your phone. I had to go through three workers because when I brought my phone in initially for a simple repair to a small crack on the front screen, the first employee damaged it further during the "repair". He also asked me for my password to repair a phone crack on the screen. I found that strange. Let me say that when I called the store after I realized my phone was literally broken, the employee that did the first damage told me it was "unlikely that it was damaged during the repair". I live and work on my phone. I know what is going on with it very well. His name was Jordan. I had to research and get my facts straight before hand and I'm glad I did, because their employee gaslit me first and never took responsibility for his mistake. Not even once. I never got an apology from any of the staff. For a simple crack I had to wait a total of two weeks because I had to wait for them to order a part for my phone they broke. It was actually unbelievable. I paid almost $200 for these "repairs". Sure, they put you on a warranty (which I didn't even know because of course the first employee didn't even let me know that). I can say with confidence that being on a warranty is not worth the time and trouble you have to go through with this team. Trust me. Last but not least, their manager fixed my phone with the remaining damage for "free under the warranty" but when I got it back my screen had a lil clicking because there was space in between because it wasn't put back on right. I will never come back and I don't care if it's free. I will never let any of them ever touch my phone again, and I suggest you don't either. Go to Fix Phone Wireless inc in Lawrenceville if you want a phone repair. It is affordable and he fixed my phone for only $80 !! Did an amazing job. Was quick and professional. By the way, I don't want a comment letting me know I can get help with any of this because I don't want to have anything to do with this business ever again. I already took my phone to someone more competent and professional to correct their mistakes.The place is fine for selling...Batteries...I guess.

Great customer service ! Convenient price's! Went in get Fob key  batterie replaced. In & out quick and not bad price just $13.00 better than dealership.
