This place is now under new management and my parents decided to get their new cabinets from here after visiting multiple places. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding for the price (they are cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes). We placed the order for the cabinets on a Tuesday and by Saturday they delivered, assembled and installed the cabinets. They also referred us to a contractor who installed them at a low rate and very fast! They were done within 3 hours. I highly recommend checking them out for your cabinetry needs!

Good luck finding someone to even help you. I have been waiting on a quote and someone to assist for 3 months now. At this point its comical. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered multiple times from Woodstone, for my kitchen cabinets, pantry, and bathroom vanities. The cabinet quality is very good, and all of the cabinets are solid wood. Tim worked with me to design my cabinets and patiently revised and resubmitted multiple drafts to make the layout work for my space. Curtis gave me a great price for assembly and delivery and did a beautiful job. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and communication was timely. They pay a lot of attention to detail, and they seem to really care about their customers and want to make sure that their project is successful. Additionally, the turnaround time was amazing. My cabinets were sitting assembled in my kitchen less than two weeks after I ordered them, and they look great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high-quality cabinets without paying custom prices. Update: I had ordered some extra trim and didn't use it all, so when my project was finished, I had one uncut piece to return. The representative that I had worked with had left the company, and the manager told me that they did not accept returns. This seemed strange, since it was an off the rack purchase and since building supply stores typically take back unused materials. Overall, I appreciate their quality, but I wasn't happy about being stuck with a $120 piece of trim. I also discovered later that the touchup kit I bought had the wrong color of paint, but based on my experience with the trim, I decided that another $20 wasn't worth the hassle.

Hired them in Aug 2020 to do our complete kitchen cabinet renovation. The end product turned out phenomenal. Very nice quality cabinets, installed very professionally... BUT... the process was an absolute nightmare! The initial salesperson who greeted us and took our order ended up going AWOL within a couple weeks. We paid for half the entire project upfront and then all of a sudden we couldn't get in touch with her at all, and it was very hard to get anyone else to answer the phone or return any messages. It was very scary during that time! After over two weeks of totally being left in the dark we finally got reassigned to a new rep. He was also hit or miss, but did try to help us. We were promised our job would be completed before Thanksgiving, but it was not completed until the first week in Feb 2021. There were MULTIPLE frustrating issues that arose throughout the process, and because of that the company did give us a nice LED lighting kit as a concession. The install manager Janice was our only real saving grace. She tried her best to help us get the process completed to our satisfaction. Our installer Cody was a very nice young man and did great work on the installation, although the install also took a lot longer than it should have. Again, we are very happy with the final product, but due to all the hassles and frustrations we endured getting there we could not feel good about recommending this company.

WELCOME TO JOHNS CREEK!I first experienced Woodstone Cabinetry  a few years ago when I was preparing to remodel my bathrooms.  I recently noticed that they have a new location in Johns Creek which is very close to my home.  The good news is that they were open on a Saturday afternoon, (until 4pm).This particular location is extremely small compared to the Norcross location.  The Norcross location is different because it is beautifully staged with a great selection of cabinet options on full display.  You get to really see the product and how it will be featured in your home.  I love the staging process because there are so many elements to be considered and as a visual person, I really like seeing a finished product instead of just a door.  Also, I really appreciate seeing my traditional aesthetic represented. This store did have a small display of framed and unframed cabinet doors along with completed cabinets.  If they have what you want great, but if you need to see all that they have to offer, you might start with the Norcross store first. The one thing I liked about this store is the salesperson.  Although I didn't really interact with her, I was aware of her.  She was actively talking to another couple when we entered the store but she took the time to ask if we needed assistance on a couple of occasions and that was appreciated.  Some salespersons lack the ability to  extricate themselves from certain situations in order to attend to other customers. Although they might not have everything you want, I think it's still worth a visit.  You never know!
