They ripped my mother off! She purchased 5 tops in a 2x and two days later wanted to exchange for a smaller size. Same tops, same price on the tags, same style the only difference was that 3 of the 5 had to be gotten in a different color because they didn't have the smaller size in the original color. They charged her an additional 15.00+ because they say a different color is a different item and that she lost her coupon discount because she was returning the items. She didn't return anything! She just wanted to exchange for another size. Mom has been shopping at Catherine's for over 50 years and never had anything like this happen. Additionally the sales woman was unkempt. Hair a mess, dirty top with the straps of he bra showing and stretch pants that were worn. And she is supposed to be selling fashion? We will never go back to Catherine's again.
