The audacity of this place.
I made an appointment for January 3, 2023. I was sent an email TWICE to confirm the appointment at the John Creek location. I made the drive out and when I get there the place is closed due to construction/remodeling.
So why send out an email and not notify me that you all would be closed. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I have proof of the email that was sent to me!
Waste of time and gas!!!

Paige did an amazing job! She cut my hair exactly as I had described to her that I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I booked an appointment to come back next week for some waxing services. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

I love my first experience here KAT WAS AMAZING I love how she listened to me and told me how to further take care of my hair and told me what products to use, found my forever hair home. Not only did she do good job but took care of my hair
