I've been training here for a little over a year and a half, and I love it even more now than when I first started! The instructors are super knowledgeable and the community is great! I had no previous martial arts training, and I now feel capable to defend myself. Try it out!!

Love this place! Teaches practical self-awareness and self defense. Great instructors. Amazing workout. Life-saving skills! My wife loves them and I don't need to worry about her or my daughters when they train here.

Krav Pro is one of the greatest environments Ive ever been in. As a woman, I think its crucial to feel confident and strong. At Krav Pro, they teach you techniques to be able to defend yourself in the case of attack, but more importantly they help you to build strength and confidence. I personally think every person, specifically every woman, should give it a try. It is life changing.
