We have QBPOS and have had it over 13 years. It's Sunday evening and we can't get the program to open. It gives the message call technical service if this happens every time time you try to open. Guess what? The message at technical service is "call during regular business hours our offices are currently closed". 24hour technical service used to be available and since it was in India, I don't understand why you can't have an automatic patch to them during your non business hours. Has it not occurred to you that your customers may need access to technical service 24 hours/day?

They kept my moon dry for 3 years and refuse to give me my money
