American Septic Tank and Potties

I had a serious issue with my septic system for my pool house. I looked into the companies that are around my area, and this one stood out. I called, and Dawlson picked up immediately. I explained my situation, and he said he’d be here the next day to check out my situation so he could determine what he would need to do being the day was already getting late. When he showed up, he was very professional and saw what he needed to do, and within the day he fixed my situation. I strongly recommend this company. Not only was he friendly and professional, he is also extremely fair on his price!

Dawson and his crew are A+. Professional, punctual, and have always done exactly what they said they would do. We’ve used them for three years and will continue. A plus, our customers always complement us on “clean porta potties” which can be an oxymoron!

Horrible horrible customer service, I called this guy out to pump my septic tank which he didn’t completely do because after he took my money he informed me that the situation would happen again due to all this rain and he just pumped it enough so I could use it for now and upon leaving called animal control on me because I had a dog out in the rain which we were replacing his dog house because he chews them up, and FYI if he would have asked then I would have explained that to him, but like I said this man is terrible don’t call him for anything because he can’t concentrate on the job at hand due to worrying about other things. But what goes around comes back around, shame on you sir.....
