I went from Verizon prepaid to AT&T. I live in a small town in GA and AT&T has more towers near. The AT&T employees are great. They work with you and went out of their way to make me happy.

ATT dissatisfaction
@ATT today March 1, 2022 between lunch hour of 12:50 pm- 1:10pm lunch time the white lady at your ATT Store in Dublin, Ga store was very rude. It is so sad that Customer Service is not provided anymore at ATT Dublin GA! #nogreeting #canihelpyou 2 workers in the store Black lady was with a customer white lady was scanning items in the store. I approached her 3 times and she never came to assist me as a customer. I had to even ask if she was going to check me out she replied she couldnt stop what she was doing.. I stated that I was on lunch break
She said she still couldnt stop. After she finally came she scan the case without asking my phone number and when I asked dont you supposed to ask for my number she stated she didnt have to offer a discount I took the case and left it on the counter and walked out! I kept my $50. Highly upset customer.

The sales lady was very helpful with helping me pick a phone and a plan AT&T has some nice plans with a good price and I do get pretty good service out in the boonies
