        The staff is so incompetent. The service is poor and slow and the doctors are not friendly at all. Im going to find a new ENT.

        If you are thinking about working here, run. I worked here for about 2 months back in the fall and it was a nightmare. By the time I quit, I wasnt even trained fully. The management is just so unprofessional. Some really hard working ladies in there that are not getting treated with respect and are not getting paid appropriately for what they are doing. Every day kinda felt like a joke. I also received my W2 back which stated I made $240 the entire time I worked there, even though I paid taxes on probably about $4000. I requested that it was redone and never got a copy back and am having to file my taxes and just eat the money.

        The waiting time is unbelievable , felt like walking out . Sorry but 2 to 3 hours to see the doctor is unacceptable. Also they billed my insurance before I even seen them ???
