The customer service that I received from this office was absolutely horribleIve been with the company for year and had a decent experience however the branch manager Mr.Black allow his employees to put my policy on the line and then didnt fix the problem he just made it worse. I switched to State Farm today and got better coverage with a cheaper rate! Thanks again Stan for not upholding your companys policies I hope you see this!

I pray that Stan Black and all his team members and manager will accept my apology for the previous review I had given him and his staff. Stan and Gary worked very closely with me making several phone calls to ensure we were transferring every coverage that I had from my old company to Allstate. He did everything in his power to assure me "I was in GOOD HAND."
They did a coverage by coverage review to ensure that that they could provide better coverage at a more affordable rate and they did. His office performed such excellent service that I had a friend in Virginia ask if he could write her policy. While there were some things that were upsetting, there was nothing that caused the harsh of review that I had given previously. I never review out of emotion, yet this time I did.
Anyone who read that review please disregard it, as it is so far from the truth that when I found out I had been transferred out of his office I called Corporate to protest. I told them I did not authorize that transfer and asked to be transferred back where I belong.
I am thinking about purchasing additional automobiles and know I would get the best service possible with the additional coverage from Mr. Black and his office.
I do pray he will accept my apology. While this does not negate he broke initial promises that did not require his agency receive a 1 as a rating; therefore I have updated it to what the office was more initialed to. They do their best to match you coverage from coverage to coverage with better benefits at a better rate and usually make that happen.
