      image Called to report an issue with the deductible on our truck insurance which has led to our having to pay out of pocket. Also, we have requested towing being added to the policy which hasn't happened. Also, our truck has been paid off, so we have asked that the bank be taken off as the Lein holder and that hasn't happened. I was told I could speak to Kathy because Mr. McIntosh is semi-retired, but I instead was hung up on which is also something that seems to happen often here. I called back and the recording said they are not accepting calls. Extremely poor customer service.
