DONT BUY LGI! These are cheap, quality homes. They are responsive but once you closed, forget about it. They provide you with dead trees in your yard, they put down sod and in the back they mix sod with seed grass, We have leaks in our garage, holes in the wall, heavily chipped wood borders, the window alignment to lock is not aligned hard to lock windows. I can go on. Sale reps are gonna be so nice to get that sale. DONT GO WITH LGI See pics below, been in those almost 2mnth and it’s been nothing but horror stories

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Juan V. When I tell you no one could have been more attentive, patient, kind and honest thru this process. We had a million questions and texted and called him every time we thought of something new. Never once made us feel he was irritated or annoyed and we worked together for a good 6 months! He was an angel to me and my fiancé. He was there for us from the closing of one chapter to the beginning of a new one 🙏🏼 We purchased our Lincoln and we are so excited, grateful and so blessed to have been guided every step of the way by this kind soul. We are forever grateful. I can’t speak for anywhere else but LGI homes got us and I hope when you go searching for your happy place you are blessed to have a kind soul just like Juan guide you thru your process too. Happy house hunting!!!
