I would not recommend Inspiring Scholars to anyone who has child care options. Unfortunately, Douglasville lacks viable options. I suspect that because they have no competitors they have no need to reflect on their practices which only serve their business without regard to the needs of families and children. Beware of entering into a child care relationship with this business because you will discover that Inspiring Scholars is unprofessional and unresponsive to your child care needs. They have a Walmart business model so if you like Walmart service this is the place for you. Please review how they responded to all reviewers who voiced a concern. Do you see a pattern?

I am a single mother of two new to the Douglasville area with no nearby family. Inspiring Scholars has been a great support system for me with their friendly staff and late hours. They have always addressed any of my concerns in the most professional manner and have been prompt with a resolution, weather that be questions about my account or wanting to discuss my preferred methods to address consequences for the children. They are always make your experience a personal one tailored to your family. I never feel lost in the general population or like just another number. Inspiring Scholars has helped in making my busy life possible and are like extended family. They really care about the children. I would definitely recommend this facility. There are always clean and I never worry about my kids being there when I’m away because I know they are in good hands.
