The man who picked up the phone was not helpful, rude, and unprofessional. This experience was all new to me so I asked if he could explain the bond process. When I asked the second time instead of him taking the time to explain it he just stated he would explain everything to me when he called me back. I of course called AAA boding and Kelly took time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. When he did call back as soon as I said that I went with another company he just hung up on me. I made the right decision taking my business some where else and you should too.
