Hardee's

Rude staff, milkshake machine has never worked. Honestly they need Damn Ponder back to get it back to it's former self.

You should already know what you are getting into when you eat from Hardee's. I recommend. Sandwiches are pretty good.

Sorta friendly, food is Hardees food, but the drive through never gives you napkins. Always 2 miles down the road before you realize you have nothing to wipe your fry eating greasy fingers with until its too late.

Absolutely horrible service. The young lady that was working the front register( and drive thru) basically ignored the couple in front of me to the point that after 8 minutes of not being helped, they left. Then it took another 5 minutes for a different worker who actually kindly asked what I would like. Once the original worker realized I had been helped, she came at me with an attitude. Held her hand out and said Out of respect I needed to put the money in her hand. When I explained that due to COVID , I do not make hand contact so I left the money on the counter. She then proceeded to leave the money there and walked over to the fry area. Which I did not order any. I was able to fill my drinks up before the kind worker asked the original worker why hasn't she checked me out yet. The original worker replied, I Will. After another 2 minutes I finally got my change. In total I was in there for over 20 minutes for 2 drinks when it was not busy. Not even the drive through which I would have used but my daughter needed to use the bathroom, so we came in. I've never experienced such disrespect and attitude at a Hardee's. It was very upsetting.
