First time ever using eat24 the flavor cafe. My order was correct and hot. Everything was amazing. Great flavors on everything. Beautiful presentation. Im loving redvelvetkeylime cake. Omg. Thats was a wonderful cake...thank u the flavor cafe.. Really enjoyed my food. 💛

During the first couple of months of Flavor Cafe's opening, the service was excellent, the collards were to die for, and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. I must emphasize that this was the first couple of months of their opening. Fast forward to the first week of October of 2017. Customer service at this establishment has regressed from the cashiers being attentive and hospitable to being lazy and nonchalant with customers orders. I walked into the restaurant and the cashier sat while taking the order, no proper greeting, and didn't explain or give suggestions of the menu to my guest. I invited my guest to Flavor Cafe because I raved about the collard greens. I couldn't believe that this was being allowed in front of the owner. The owner, a young woman, is usually upbeat! I assume the community in which she is serving is taking a toll on the business. If this assumption is true then the professionalism should NEVER lack. The food was served in about 40 minutes and it wasn't worth the wait. The greens weren't good, the chicken was cold as well as the turkey wings. And there were no apologies or courtesy drinks for the long wait. We were told the food would be done in 20 minutes. I nor anyone I know will ever visit this establishment again. Hopefully, an employee reads this review and brings it to management's attention.
