        James McNair should not be hired. He was hired to make some repairs to my wooden fence. The 1st issue is cannot measure, a horizontal board was cut 4 inches too short and for some reason instead of going to home depot for a new board, he actually installed the short board. When I noticed it , he said he had to come back out to fix it. Today, 3 weeks after paying him, I found another horizontal board that he damaged and rigged with another short board. He never told me about this and it was hidden behind a few evergreens. It speaks volumes about his lack of character and ethics that he hid this. There are also 2 other vertical boards that he installed that have bowed with the weather. He refuses to come out and fix anything unless I pay him extra for the repairs.
