Unprofessional and rude. The phone reps act like they dont know what youre talking about for PATIENTS, nurse practitioners (Hannah and Sarah) are unconcerned and provide vague misdiagnosis with sassy help. Also- lets mention the lack of diversity - they just got 1 Asian doctor and anyone who is Black is working the front desk or doing tech work. Why would you ever provide a list of referrals without a referral? How do you have an after hours line and your employees cant access medical records? Whats the point of offering telehealth services and then making it impossible to be seen? Thats how you push off a patient to someone else. Will definitely find another pediatrician. The amount of running around Ive done in the last week is insane and shows that this place isnt worth the trouble.

This place is very unprofessional and not taking care of the babies. I am a new mom and I've been taking my son there since he's been born in 2022 and every time I had an concern they would tell me to make an appointment and I'll come in and they would look at him for five seconds and tell me he is fine and the next day I always ended up in the hospital. The first time my son wasnt breathing right and he was 6 months they told me he was fine and I went home and he almost stopped breathing and I took him to the hospital and they told me he had Respiratory infection and then another time I told them I think he have an ear infection because he have a fever and grabbing his ear can we come in so you can see if he have an ear infection and they looked at him for 7 seconds and told me he was fine and the next morning he had a fever of 102 and I took him to hospital and the doctor told me he had fluids in both ears which is the worst stage of ear infection which easily could've been found and seen. So I made a decision to leave this place because I feel like maybe these white doctors are not taking care of our black babies I do not recommend this place at all it needs to have new management and doctors. I have taken both my children here since one was 2 and my son was a newborn and is now 5. This place has declined and declined over the years! It is so sad, you never know what Dr. you will get and you end up with a nurse practitioner! this place barley deserves a star. the receptionist you make an appointment with could care less or seems to care at all weather you get a in or not!! just for a check up with a real pediatrician we have to wait till SEPT 12th!! Plus I was laughed at for needing a morning time so my daughter doesn't miis school!!! NOT GOOD, I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I know my family is leaving to find a new and caring establishment with dr.s that care for my children and send reminders to busy parents!!!
