Today..for the extra nonsense l didn't need from them about someone calling to go to another shop...l felt some type a way after..anyone can make decisions to stay or go to another shop..l won"t be returning.

I have used this buisness for years. As usual, I called and asked could I get my hair on twist today and was told yes. I leave lest than ten minutes away, so I head to the shop where the lady who asked me what I wanted asked at least three of the ladies could they twist my hair. Each woman turned and turned their nose up and stated no. I then proceeded to ask could I just get my hair braided and the answer was no. So basically calling in advance is not a good idea anymore. I left furious; I have never experienced this and have given great reports about this braid shop. Needless to say Yatu braiding on Wesley Chapel was professional on the phone, and immediately started on my hair when I walked in after calling. I will not go here ever again, and I know that may not matter but I just can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism experienced. Service: Hair extensions
