Well letâ€™s just say they will let you schedule time to be here and give you a confirmation and the day of treatment they will tell you they have no clue who you are. They will not reach out with updates you will have to call and speak to someone who has a condescending tone as if Yavonne doesnâ€™t realize dialysis is a treatment THAT IS SERIOUS! If you are coming from out of town just find a facility elsewhere because you will be given the runaround.

I am a transfer patient from freesinus the environment is like night and day the facility is clean and professional.the staff is professional and knowledgeable they explain everything so the patient feels as though they have a say so in their care unlike freesinus where it feels like you a car getting a oil changed no one tells you what is going with your car..this a great facility !!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!
Update constant staff changes no consistency. Time issues never on time other than that clean facility and the staff that does past through are 85% good
