My experience with them has been HORRIBLE. I had a virtual hearing on Feb 3rd. I entered my plea, and was told instructions on how to pay my fine would be sent (emailed I assumed she meant) to me. It is NOW FEBRUARY 28th, and NO EMAIL. I called to try and pay weeks ago, and was told my plea hadnt even been entered !! At this point, it had been over 2 weeks!!! Fast forward to today, and I have been contacting them via email, over 4 sent now, and NO REPLY WHATSOEVER. I STILL cant reinstate my license here a month later, because I cant even pay my fine !!! Its a total nightmare. Update: I had to physically fly down, from Va to Ga in March to find out they sent my paperwork to the WRONG EMAIL ALL ALONG. Fast forward to now- I had to have 2 more virtual hearings, paid my fine, then had to call for over 3 months for the suspension to be dropped in their computer system, AFTER I PAID MY FINE. It is now July 28,2022, almost a year and lots of $$$ wasted traveling to resolve a traffic ticket, I was able to get my license today

I am reporting the attorney solicitor for courtroom D to the Georgia Bar association due to negligence and failure to communicate. We have been waiting 1.5 years to resolve a ticket received during COVID. Our solicitor Ms.Scaife failed to provide a plea deal prior to our compliance hearing setting us back several more months and refuses to answer the phone to set up yet another compliance hearing where we will finally be able to resolve the ticket. Multiple emails to everyone who is listed in the dekalb county traffic division website and no one can help us set up another appointment. We have been waiting since May for a resolution. This is someones life you are putting on hold and honestly should be ashamed to be this unprofessional. Multiple calls and emails will be ignored. Completely inefficient and unprofessional court system.
