Even though the power was down on all but one computer Jessica and Ryan helped me in answering questions, finding me a great deal on a screen protector, and directed me to a website that would answer any questions they could not. Friendly, fun, and helpful. They did not make me feel at all embarrassed about my lack of technical wizardry. Peg from Decatur A year later, I came in to update my phone to the latest version. Jess was again there, recognized me, and walked me through my options, explaining what would be the best financial deal. So I walked out with an i-phone 11, having paid a whopping $59.90. On top of that, because I was in a hurry, she transferred the information from my old phone at warp speed; while orienting me to how to use this fine new phone. Great, caring service!
