DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! ROACH INFESTED!!! SCAMMERS!! Ive been here for 6 years & ever since the old management left it has not been the same. They are now adding all these new fees to your rent. They charge you a trash fee but they only pick it up when they feel like it, so now trash is just left by everyones door. They also charge pest control but never come to spray. You will have to call them literally every week if you want your apartment sprayed. & that mess dont even work. Roaches are worse than they ever been. They charge you all this money for rent & they never fix anything fr. They have these bootleg maintenance men that dont even know what theyre doing. Dude came to fix my kitchen drawer but he nailed the front back on & as soon as I tried to open it after a few times it came back off. My front door was broke & they charged me $350 to fix it & didnt even do that right. Its so much I cant even type it all. Its real dirty and nasty looking around here. I just feel like for all the money they charge they need to at least keep it clean. & hire some better maintenance men with some actual experience. Only move here if youre desperate.

BAD EXPERIENCE I applied on the recommendation of an agent and they didn't approve it. I paid the application fee of $75 per adult plus an administrative amount for rent of $250 that SHOULD NOT be charged in advance. They refused to return the money for the administrative fee since I am not going to rent.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING TO THIS COMPLEX. It is a very nice complex, but the staff is not friendly and not very diligent, the first day I went even though I had an appointment scheduled for a tour and I received several confirmation messages during the day, Miss Ontiona did not want to give me the tour because It had rained in the morning (it was already dry outside). Despite this, I scheduled a new appointment for the next day because I liked the complex. She gave me the tour the next day and I asked her all the necessary questions, I explained my situation with documents and credit and she told me that everything was ok and that I could apply, and I had to pay $75 for each adult for the application. When I applied, they charged me an ADDITIONAL FEE of $125 per adult for supposed Administration. I ended up paying $400 FOR THE APPLICATION!!! But I did it with the confidence that they would accept me according to what Miss Ontiona told me. Turns out my application was rejected for a reason I HAD EXPLAINED TO THE AGENT. THEY NEVER ANSWER any phone number. I went to request an explanation or at least a refund of the additional fee they charged me for a rental that was not going to happen and they told me that Miss Ontiona was off that day and that they could not make any refunds. I feel cheated.
