Horrible horrible customer service me and my wife drove from Opelika Alabama to see an 3 br that we had scheduled for over a week. once we got there we where told very rudely I might add that they didnt have anything available and the automatic system makes mistakes

Ill update when I move in, but so far, Ive been calling all month about getting my refrigerator replaced before move in as the one in the unit is gross and I cant even get them on the phone no matter what time I call during their hours :/ not a good look considering I move in next week

I dont know who Ms.Ann is but she sounded like a wonderful lady. Jazmond Little is the person in the leasing office now and shes not the best. Barely responds to emails, moved me into an apartment that wasnt ready, it took half of August to finish everything, had me sign a lease for an apartment I dont live in and now wont give me a new lease with the correct address and new move in date. They still want me to pay for the time it took them to finish renovating ABSOLUTELY NOT. I couldnt even live in the unit. I emailed someone who was supposed to be above her and never even got a reply. This is the worst apartment complex management Ive ever experienced. The buildings are filthy and bug infested. The renovations are nice except for the bathrooms. All in all choose a different complex!

I love the style and space of my apartment but this building is roach infested, I cant do bugs and pest control barely comes out , Ive been asking for a apartment bomb I never got it , cant wait until my lease is up

Ive called and emailed so many times in the past week. Nobody wants to respond to my emails or answer my calls. Even left a few voicemails.
