DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! They are a bunch of lying two faced cheats. My husband and i lived here back in 2007, we were only there a few months before we received military orders to relocate. We went over everything with the manager, she smiled in our faces and told us everything was fine and handled and done. They had all of our contact info, phone numbers forwarding addresses they even had my parents phone numbers. come to find out they sent us to collections for over 3000 dollars now it's over 5000 dollars and as a result, the love of my life, my 6 year old daughter and I are going to be homeless as of the 15th of this month because no one will rent us an apartment. they never once tried contacting us. thank you Southern Pines for helping me to realize my husband risked his life over seas for three years to protect scum like you,people who could give two shits about the men and women who serve their country, risk their lives and risk leaving their families forever. Bravo to you. I hope you are happy, it's money grubbing,lying, cheating people and companies like you who give Americans a bad rep. you will see a military lawyer before you see any money out us.
