        I called them bc my septic tank was exceptionally full & they sent the guys out the next day to take care of it. They were very friendly & answered all of my questions. I will never call anyone else besides Price's Septic Tank Services bc they are the best around hands down.

        It has been 5 yrs since my tank was serviced by Price Septic Tank Services and as always when they came out today 09/03/21, the people were very courteous. The young gentlemen that came out Jacob and Hunter explained everything they were doing. Again, good job!!! 2016-Just wanted to say that Price's Septic Tank Service did an excellent job. Called them 10:30 pm and they arrive the next day. They were courteous and the prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend them. Good job guys!!!!

        Please be present if you call this company to inspect your system. I was not, and now I am paying for it. This company was used to do the "inspection" of the system and drain-field before I bought the house ( I didn't call them, the sellers did). We started noticing slow draining but didn't think it was an issue since it was "inspected". They stated in the letter that it was pumped and inspected, but when I started having issues and the plumber was called he dug the house outlet line and half the tank and had to go through a bunch of roots to access the inlet t. Meaning it had not been inspected. Then the tank kept having issues (water seeped into the cellar floor through the foundation, looks like it had been building up in the soil above and around the tank. ), I dug out to the outlet t and it was covered in moss and roots all across the outlet to a simple plastic drain pipe to no drain field ( which was stated to be in working order). Sadly the lady that I spoke with took no accountability at their obvious lack of inspection and kept interrupting me as I was explaining my situation. Very rude, condescending and unprofessional. My belief is that seeing that the house had been vacant for several years, they flushed a toilet saw it go down and called it a day. Sad. As I stated earlier, be present if you use them to ensure the work is actually done.
