Impossible to get ahold of 8 minutes of automated selections and it talking about how I should just use the app. I hit 7 to repeat the menu and it said invalid selection and hung up on me.
Finally decided to download the app but you need a special ID number. So I call again and actually got someone on the phone after waiting almost an hour. She gives me the ID number and I try it after I get off work and it's wrong.
Not to mention their pathetic hours 9-3 is a joke and no one can go that if you work.

This place is a JOKE. Good luck getting any help or ACTUAL ENFORCEMENT. You basically have to do their job. When you have given all the necessary information, they dont do anything. It doesnt matter if it is court mandated. Dont expect much help even if they are $53,000.00 behind. If you dont get hung up on by the automated system you may be lucky to have technical difficulties and never get a call back. I would give half a star. In previous years they were slightly more helpful. I have to love the $25 fee per case though.

The lady for lab swabs was really rude. She thought my daughter's birthday was printed on her ss card and told me I needed to be more clear because she kept messing up. She kept stating she knew what she was doing but she clearly didn't and had an attitude.

Had my case since my oldest was 5 and my x is 36 k he know how to play the system I have tried to get action to take place but no one willing to help it is hard raising 3 kids and a full time job and bills
