I suggest using someone else. We have great insurance but instead of billing our insurance for a procedure they instead want payment for half up front. When asked why their response was that they aren't sure what the insurance will pay and they don't want to chance a balance being owed. Very bad service and we will be seeking services elsewhere with a provider who will bill our insurance and not demand payment for the procedure up front. A copayment is expected but not half the procedure cost as a down payment. In response to your reply: I never claimed to be the patient. You would think your main focus would be customer satisfaction rather than trying to discredit a review by saying I wasn't a patient.

Dr. Humayan and all the staff at Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine have been professional, pleasant, and courteous. I feel they are resolving my issues with sleep and I'm excited to see how this will change my everyday life. I highly recommend this practice, in particular Condelia (sp?) who fits sleep masks and Jason who explained my test results. Also, the respiratory therapist, Jamie Pepper, who saw me struggling to change a flat tire in the parking lot and came to my assistance. Many thanks to you all!
