I have been very happy with Floormax. I bought my flooring through them 5 years ago and am now working with them to buy for my mom’s house. Stan is super friendly and helpful and will get you samples sent out to you very quickly.

Thank you Stan for the excellent customer service. I originally purchased flooring from Floormax in 2005 from Jerry Stanley, such a great guy. My he Rest In Peace. Stan and his sons have carried on his legacy of great service and kind spirits when shopping for flooring. This month (Dec 2021) I was ready to replace the flooring that I purchased in 2005 at Floormax to get a fresh update in my kitchen. After many visits to my local flooring stores I decided to drive two hours from home on a stormy day to go back to a place where I had been treated so well and received the best prices. Once again I was completely satisfied. My Floor is beautiful and the quality is beyond outstanding. Going to do additional rooms and Ill be taking that drive again. Thanks FloorMax, A happy customer

My husband and I are working on remodeling our home and went to FloorMax Direct in Dalton, GA. When we arrived we spoke to our sales agent Stan. We told him what look we were going for and the type of flooring we needed. He showed us a couple options. I fell in love with one of them and Stan gave us an AMAZING price for it. From beginning to end, the service at FloorMax was 5 star. We’ll be headed back in a couple weeks to get carpet for the remaining rooms. Thank you Stan for everything and even checking on us after the fact. You made this experience great!
