I had patella fracture surgery with Dr. Goss and Physical Therapy with Thierry Urbain on Cleo Way. Dr. Goss is an excellent surgeon & doctor. He is very kind and informative. Thierry Urbain is also very informative, positive and kind during therapy. I always feel like my questions are answered and I know what is expected during recovery. The entire office staff on Cleo Way has been incredible. I was nervous about surgery and recovery, but they made me feel informed, comfortable and safe with them. Dr goss is not very thorough, my mom fell and broke her foot in June. And he diagnosed it as a grade 3 sprain. and didnt even read her chart. He was supposed to see her in two weeks, and it was seven weeks later when he saw her. My mom asked him to get an mri on her foot. He didnt even know to give her the mri. And she walked around on a broken foot for God knows how long. Then had to have surgery Bc it wasnt getting better. And is still trying to recover. My momma really wanted Dr frix to do her surgery but he doesnt do foot surgerys anymore he is with something else, he should really go back to feet tho Dr goss is not very thorough, my mom fell and broke her foot in June. I guess they erased my review of dr lashley. Lol just know he was wrong and doesnt listen to his patients. Repeated requests to check my hips were dismissed. Ended up in Atlanta with a great joint replacement specialist. At Resurgens dr Kim wasted no time. One look at my X-rays ordered an mri 1 month later I had 2 new hips. Now a year and half later Im back at work and doing great!. No thanks to dr lashley who thought pain management was the only answer. Probably made my situation worse with all the steroids I was injected with. Maybe they are poorly trained? Same goes for the knee dr that told me if this injection helps you even for an hour dont come back. What kinda help is that??? Thats my experience at aosm. A lot of time, pain, and money wasted.
