        I called because my refrigerator quit cooling. They have horrible customer service, I called yesterday at 805am gave them all my info and refrigerated info. They said they would have someone out at 830am this morning and they would call before they come. We waited until 1030 and called to follow up, had to give them all my info again. She said they would call or text more shortly with an update, never heard back. Called the at 430 and had to leave a voicemail. I would not recommend them to anyone. If this is the way they treat you before they even show up, imagine how they will treat once you have to pay them.

        Great experience, knew exactly what needed to be repaired and even had the part available. It took an hour at most for me to have a properly running dryer again.
