I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion approximately 8 months ago. The car is a very reliable. I haven't had any issues. The customer service was excellent! They worked hard to get me financed with monthly payments that worked with my budget. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Excellent experience as a first time buyer!

Graham motor company will sell you vehicles with known problems. They are CON ARTISTS. Rick their sales associate is just as crooked if not worse. They lie to your face. I purchased 2003 f250 truck from then , 30 days later the truck broke down . After numerous repairs exceeding $3500.00  The repair shop said that the vehicle engine needed the injectors replaced. And that it was a problem that needed replaced  along time ago , When I brought it to the Keith the owner attention and his salesman Rick, they were very nasty and threatened  legal action. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIS SALESMAN  RICK. HE IS A LIER AND IS VERY NASTY .ONCE  HE  TAKES YOUR MONEY.               I REPEAT !!DO NOT DEAL WITH GRAHAMS  MOTOR COMPANY  OR HIS SALESMAN RICK.  I have found out that Grahams is out of business, But RICK STILL WORKS AT THE SAME LOCATION. IT'S NOW CALLED DALLAS AUTO MART. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2007 Chevy avalanche and traded a 2004 SS Silverado. I learned a very valuable lesson. These used card are the ones New Car dealers reject for sale. This truck knock the very next day after I picked it up. The owner told me tough luck and refused to aid in repAirs. I spent over 4000.00 and gave the true k to my 16yr old. The reason all of you should by from a new car dealer is support after the sale. This is far the worst car experience I've had. I recently bought a new GMC Denali from Jim Ellis and when I shared my experience with the purchase of my 2007 from the clowns at Graham they re check the 2007 and found the check engine light was reset. Do not buy a car from a used car dealer unless it is a new car dealership. The aftercare is important and Graham will leave you out in the dirt........I learned the hard way but never never again! !!!!!!!
