it is now Feb 2021- and i must say.. i love it here- my condo has had minor issues, which when i placed my request, the men were here within a reasonable amount of time. my neighbors are the best . and yes.. i signed my lease for another year.

Put in a request and maintenance arrived the next day.
Fixture replaced and working great
