Called Atlantis for a dishwasher removal/install. They sent Tony S. out to my house. Super friendly guy with a great attitude. Tony did solid work and were finally back to not having to hand wash dishes again. Price is a bit on the high side, but theres value in dealing with good, reliable people who do solid work. Worth the premium, imo.

I hate to say this, but the interaction that I had with this company for an estimate has been nothing but a headache. The estimate they supplied does not show any cost of anything other than a bottom line. Total amount how much supplies are fixing things adding things, adding a Drainage part none of that is listed in pricing or anything for that matter. And when I called a 24 hour company to find out why was told that nobodys in the office yet and since its an estimate its not really a concern I thought I would give this place a shot, but with an estimate like this, I will not move forward with this company. Also, one of the two people that came out to do the estimate of them never spoke only coughed and snorted the whole time he was there and if youre going to honestly bring those type of employees out to do a quote I dont need your service!! Never showed up on time for the appointment either got a phone call after the time has already passed to be there saying that theyre going to be at least an extra hour or two behind which I did not appreciate either! I would use definite care if you choose this companywith the way, the wording on their estimates are!!

Add Atlantis Plumbing & Drains to your emergency numbers to call. I received a visit from a plumber named Andrew. In the almost 25 years in my home I have never needed to call a plumber and when the time came, I found a fantastic plumber! Standing in inch deep water when the call to Atlantis Plumbing and Drains was placed, I thought a plumber could fix it up. To my suprise Andrew had quickly determined that I did not need a plumber but someone to check my appliances. My refrigerator was the problem not my water lines. Well, it had sounded like my faucet had been left on at full blast! Andrew knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing and he explained why a plumber could not help me. It was a line inside of my fridge not one of my water lines that had burst. If I ever need a plumber I will call this company again and ask for Andrew. Definitely a five star company with a five star plumber!

Andrew is a very respectful and friendly! He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. I will definitely be calling and requesting for him specifically in the future for any plumbing needs!
