Painter1 of Marietta

Unfortunately, I cannot say I am happy with the service, which is a shame because the first time we used Painter1 we had a great experience. Overall, the quality of the job was subpar. We got our front and back porch painted. Many of my plants ended up sprayed with paint, we had sections of our pavers under our porch wiped with fallen paint and not cleaned up, and then we had numerous little details where paint was spayed on our landscaping and existing fence. (See pictures) To add insult to injury, after asking if we could get these fixed, it was suggested that we would be charged for this! Absolutely not. Then we had workers show up at 6:45pm on a Saturday evening a week after they were supposed to show up. And when we didnt answer the door, they just went in our backyard. None of this was communicated to us at all via email, text, or phone call. Very disappointed and wont be using Painter1 ever again.

Ron is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and answered my questions in a timely manner. He takes the time to walk you through your color choices as well as make suggestions on colors if you need him too. His crew was professional, did the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up after themselves daily before they left the job site. Their work was done well with great attention to detail.
