Great service and execution. We were about to install a brand new door when we called for a second opinion. My wife spoke to the service agent and immediately felt comfortable and confident with this company. In less than 24 hours a super engaging and competent repairman arrived and fixed the issue. The door works perfectly and we ended up saving around $1800.

Susanne and her team are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She's replaced all three of my Lift Master garage door openers now over the last three years as the old ones quit working, one year after the other. Twice now she's scheduled someone to replace the openers and service all of the old doors on a Saturday within a day of my calling on a Friday. And, for openers and doors that were originally installed by a competitor. She's very reasonably priced as well on the new Lift Master openers and did not charge a service call fee. Her competitor, the original installer, wanted an exorbitant $150+ service call fee just to show up without doing any work. Garcia, her technician did the last two replacements is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. He reprogrammed the remotes for all three doors and my basement garage door, too, and even helped with updating the iPhone app within minutes - something that would have taken at least an afternoon for me to do on my own. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their garage door needs. Thanks Susanne and Garcia!
