AAA Wolff Tanning Equipment

These guys are the best! I had a bed stop working after a power outage. They were super helpful in troubleshooting the problem and sent the part I needed right away. The service was worth way more than I paid for the part! We had the bed up and running in a couple days. AAA Wolff Tanning will definitely be my first call for any tanning needs in the future.

I'D LEAVE NO STARS IF I COULD. WHEN I FIRST CALLED THIS PLACE THREE YEARS AGO, PAULA WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THAT ALL I NEEDED WAS A REMOTE BYPASS PLUG. WELL, FAST FORWARD TO THE END OF OCTOBER WHEN MY BED WON'T TURN ON, I CALL BACK AND TALK TO MORGAN. I ASKED HIM IF THE BYPASS PLUGS EVER GO BAD, HE SAID, "NO." SO HE GETS ME TO BUY ALL THESE PARTS (THAT I DIDN'T NEED) AND DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME THAT THE PARTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WELL, I THREW CAUTION TO THE WIND AND ORDERED THE $10 BYPASS PLUG ANYWAY, PLUGGED IT IN. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW? EVERYTHING TURNED ON AND WORKS FINE. THANKS FOR RIPPING A WOMAN OFF $300 FOR A $10 PART THAT I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT IN THE FIRST PLACE, MORGAN. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU (MORGAN) TOLD MY HUSBAND TO TELL PAULA THAT THE PARTS WERE NEVER PUT ON THE BED TO GET A REFUND THAT SHE WON'T GIVE ME EITHER. MORGAN AND PAULA, THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
