        Went to have septic inspection for real estate closing and when I arrived Jason was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had homeowner extremely upset on my arrival. I was told by a realtor they were great but to my MASSIVE dissatisfaction on professionalism we did not use him and walked away from real estate deal! PS they only perform “visual” inspections (no camera to see if damage or root infiltration) and you can’t rely a visual inspection for your clientele purchasing homes with septic systems.

        Very professional and punctual, they explain what is wrong and give you best options to fix the problem; I have used them in the past and they will continue to be my first choice and go to experts for our septic issues
