WOW! How refreshing. An agent that actually helped! John Orr at Farmers Insurance took the time to listen to my circumstances, asked questions about my needs, then offered products that came with considerate advice. At the time I was intent on leaving my old insurance company because of poor customer service. A friend recommended Farmers Insurance. So I Googled Farmers, found John Orr. I called him for Auto Insurance. After speaking to John for 15 minutes and getting some straight forward and considered advice, I was sold. He saved me almost $100/mo for what ended up being better and more insurance. If you want real service from someone in the insurance business who seems to really care about your needs and budget, without the B.S. of the modern day insurance machine, call John Orr at Farmers Insurance. You will not be disappointed. I am new to Farmers Insurance, but if they continue to perform like their Agent, I'll be a customer for life.
