Dan Hogan - State Farm Insurance Agent

After 16 years of being a loyal customer; this company is not loyal in return. My home was broken into and damaged recently; that alone was traumatic experience. I call expecting support to try to get my home and families life back to normal- was I in for a negative surprise. Calls not returned, messages, not returned, and no email updates in their fancy online system. When you pay thousands of dollars for a " what-if", you should expect better service than I have received. I would say run from this company; I still have glass mixed in carpets and on the floors from the break-in that I have cut my foot and my dogs have! I tried to vacuum and sweep of course; but who can see every piece of glass drug into their home. I tried to call the agent to explain the the company was not responding - Find another company to take car of your family!
