      image I started working out with Coach Johnny in the spring of 2021. I had just finished 3 months of physical therapy after a serious fall, my weight was at an all time high, and I felt defeated and depressed. I knew I needed the support and accountability of a personal coach to help me reach my health and fitness goals. Fast forward to today, and I have a new lease on life.
