Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would avoid this place at any cost because everything they will say they can offer is a BIG BIG FAT LIE. First, I was told that if I become a new customer I will get certain promotions which they specified and repeated several times. However at the end after FIVE hours waiting and wasting my entire Sunday, they messed up all my phones, I didn't get promotions I was promised, and my bill ended up being way higher than they told me it would be. Not only this, they used my credit card saying I will be charged for taxes and pay one phone difference only and not providing me a receipt saying I will get it in the email for they big lie reason. A few hours later I opened my email and I had two more charges for adapters which I never asked to purchase and I don't see any promotions on my account what they promised I will get. So I lost my Verizon, T-Mobile placed me in 2 year contract without even telling me I am getting in the contract upfront, I ended up paying more that they promised, and they don't take any responsivities for that. This place is a BIG FRAUD. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!!!!
