        The best in class staff and managers at this store , going extra mile to keep the customers comfortable. Visited the store today for an issue the customer care did not resolve , the front desk lady and the manager at the store took care of in fraction of a second. So far the best WHBM store.

        Always very patient and extremely helpful with returns. Great in store selection and always willing to look for online availability if not in stock at store

        The staff was attentive and kind when I stopped in to look for jeans last night. One staff member pulled together about eight options for me to try on and everyone working in the store called me by name. When one of my items rang up at the wrong price (a recent clearance markdown) the staff member at the cash register caught and corrected the error before I could even say anything. I will return to this WHBM again.
